Head of Digital

Limelight SA is on the hunt for a Head of Digital to join our team.



Digital Strategy
– Develop & present digital strategy
– Plan and manage implementation
– Project manage timings and budgets of development work, ensuring key milestones are met
– Measure and report performance of key digital properties
– Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Social Media
– Develop social media strategy
– Plan and manage content pillars
– Work with creative to develop content
– Plan, propose, budget, manage and execute across social media platforms

– Capture key trends holistically within the digital space, identifying best practice case studies
– Recommend refinements to digital strategies, plans and executions
– Develop presentations, workshops and insight sessions internally
– Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.



Digital Advertising/Marketing



  • 3-5 years experience in agency
  • Digital experience in:
    • Social Media content production
    • Paid/Search
    • Website development project management
    • Various scheduling and reporting software
    • WordPress


Key Personality Traits:

  • The individual needs to exhibit strong time management skills
  • The individual needs to be able to manage people (Clients, Traffic, Creative, Production), and their expectations, well
  • The individual needs to be able to multi-task across various brands and projects (big and small)
  • Confident, structured speaker, able to present formally and informally in a boardroom setting (to present to / discuss with Client, Studio and Production)
