Convince consumers who don’t use Clere body lotions and crèmes, to try it. Seems simple enough.


Our simple brief came with a rather big challenge: Sometimes people simply don’t like a brand, and because of that, they won’t try it. We needed to get people who felt that way about Clere to experience the fantastic quality of its lotions and crèmes to break their negative perceptions.


From previous experience we knew that consumers who blind-tested Clere, loved it. However, conventional one-on-one blind-testing only reaches a small number of potential users – we wanted to go big. That’s why we created a campaign to invite non-users to test unbranded samples of Clere.


Out of the 1 300 people surveyed through sampling, an amazing 98% discovered that they love the way Clere makes their skin look, feel and smell.
