BRIEF

We were given the opportunity to introduce L’Or to South African coffee lovers through an exclusive and sophisticated launch. It had to give retailers the opportunity to test the proposed products while simultaneously getting a sense of the brand and what it has to offer. Essentially, the launch served as motivation for retailers to stock up on L’Or products.

CHALLENGE

A new client and brand meant that trust had to be built from the ground up while the launch was being planned and executed within a limited amount of time.

SOLUTION

An exciting launch video coupled with chocolate pairings, a selection of L’Or espresso pods as well as trade kits and gifts allowed the launch to communicate its main objective to retail buyers: Buy our product, your customers will thank you. Complete engagement and cooperation from our client made the process one we would indulge in again.

OUTCOMES

The activations left buyers super-enthusiastic about the brand, resulting in some exciting developments brewing for 2019.
