We were given the opportunity to revitalise the Lovers+ Facebook page in such a way that it talked the brand voice, which is sexy, fun and flirtatious.


When we took on the task, Lovers+ engagement on social media was low, and we were lagging behind some of our competitor brands in terms of on-trend content, followers and engagement.


We gave the page a new look and feel, utilising funky colours to create eye-catching posts that we knew would appeal to our target audience. With our new key content pillars in place, we structured posts for maximum user engagement with a more playful, sexy feel to the content. Finally, we devised and implemented a more targeted paid advertising plan.


The Lovers+ Facebook page has grown significantly across all key metrics since we’ve taken it over. While our fans and followers have grown by over 13 000 (and counting!), reach and engagement (two major metrics) have also grown significantly. We’re also happy to report that we’ve overtaken two of our key competitors in terms of Facebook followers, week-on-week growth and engagement.
